Job Description
- Ensures that all work paragraphs are executed according to the approved drawings and in accordance with the specifications of the clause of the contract, whether private or public.
- Ensures that the materials used have undergone the required checks and tests and that they comply with the specifications and approvals.
- Ensures that all site tests performed and documented.
- Hands over the works after receiving them from the engineer in charge of the project and making sure that the works were completed according to the drawings and specifications before handing them over to not waste project time.
- Confiscating all papers in the project of correspondence between the contractor and the consultant and between the contractor and the owner and a succession and ensuring that the letters to interested parties.
- Documenting all the tests and all documents related to the approval of the materials supplied to the project and their conformity with the approval and confirming the source is supplied.
- Makes an inventory and data for the errors that occurred, analyzing them, and developing a plan for non-repetition.
- Ensures the quality of the work of all engineers and observers at the site and that their experiences match the contract specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office and its applications.
