Job Description
The mobile development tech lead will be responsible of coordinating a team of mobile developers. This implies to have both people coordination and mobile development capabilities. This is a permanent role and will report to the Digital Development Senior Manager. It may require international travel to other offices and sites to support deployment.
Job Requirements
- Have a good knowledge in IOS and Android Developments
- Assign daily tasks to developers
- Understand and assign different priorities to development streams
- Continuously monitor the quality of development
- Continuously monitor to be on-time in delivering
- Supervise the app stores publishing
- Interact with the quality assurance team
- Supervise the post go-live
- Able to read the requirements and assign sub-tasks to dev teams
- People management skills
- Prior experience in creating an end to end mobile solution
- SDK and library integration experience
- knowledge of new technologies like swift ui , jetpack compose
- Understanding of integration architecture and technologies
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Fluent technical English is required
- Willing to travel internationally
- Copes well under pressure
- Goal Oriented
- Ecommerce knowledge is a big plus
- 9+ Years experience on the above skills is required
