Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose:

To lead the execution of all marketing activities by day-to-day guiding, coaching & assuring the existing team to deliver & perform. The same with the agency. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day department operations
   
• Assures timely execution of the plan initiatives 
   
• Leads the agency 
   
• Assures cross-functional alignment with all departments with every initiative 
   
• Reports directly to the marketing head & potential to replace him/her
   
• Assures the team follows the process put in place (playbooks) 
   
• Initiates ideas/campaigns potential to deliver better business results that go in line with the industry changes in order for the brand to be going with the trends
