Job Description
- Approach to meeting clients & site visits.
- Meet the sales target for the company.
- Advise clients on prices, market conditions, mortgages.
- Experience needed at least 2 years.
- Ability to make presentations
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Update CRM Effectively.
- Presentable & capability of persuasion.
Job Requirements
- Experience as real-estate advisor especially in east of Cairo like (Rihab, fifth settlement, …etc.)
- Fully understanding real estate and its financial aspects.
- In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and following up with customers
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
