Your Coaching Journey
- Design and plan coaching sessions for youth development
- Deliver high-quality coaching sessions
- Provide feedback to players on their progress
- Work within the KODE football philosophy and KODE College
- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with players, parents, and other coaching staff
- Utilize IT skills to enhance coaching sessions and provide feedback
- Adhere to and enforce safety and injury prevention protocols
- Participate in ongoing coaching education to continue professional development
- Work full-time hours, including weekends and varying schedules as needed
Job Requirements
