Job Description
- Work closely with our support teams and consult with other resources to obtain technical information. Analyze new and revised product designs.
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
- Work with support teams to write clear and precise technical requirements and specifications for internal and external projects.
- Write clear, concise installation instructions and product specifications for audiences of several skill levels.
- Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
- Use desktop publishing software to produce and alter documents/drawings/images inconsistent formats that adhere to fundamental design principles.
- Meet project deadlines and balance multiple projects at once.
- Provide desktop publishing and graphics software training and technical support.
- Maintain warranties and other safety, maintenance, and installation reference documents as needed.
Job Requirements
- fluent Arabic and English written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 1-3 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
