Job Description

  • We are looking for an Office admin to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.
  • Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
  • Ideally, the Office admin should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

 

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree
  •  Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in the same position is a MUST.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills are a MUST.
  • Very good level of English.
  • Single is must
  •  Organization and time management skills.
  •  Ability to Multitask. 
  • Work from 9 Am to 5 pm
