Job Duties
- The Team Leader - Real Estate is responsible for effectively managing, acquiring and disposing of Global Building real estate leads (Clients – units)
- Attitude requested & expected : you're a customer advocate, a diplomat, and you always keep it professional
- A slew of deals: you'll work with clients to make offers or list properties. You'll have a team of Associate Agents and Transaction Coordinators to assist throughout the process. With 10 - 50 clients actively looking for homes
- In addition to closing deals, you'll be out touring clients and always available to help your teammates
- You'll teach your Team and answer questions about how the process and Redfine work
- Manages, coaches and mentors real estate staff to include regional representatives, administrative support and contracting resources.
- Maintains successful external relationships in the following arenas: ( owner of the estate – global building associates – Global Building development partners )
- Assists the Manager Real Estate in budget management to apply the target request & ensure the capability of his team to meet it Quarterly & annually
- Demonstrate compliance with Global Building’s Code of Conduct, all company policies and procedures, and all laws and regulations that govern Global Building.
- Provides leadership and team support to the relocation service team
- Establishes procedures for process improvement within the team environment while ensuring consistency with organizational practices. Manages first level escalations from customers and clients.
- Coordinates, supports, manages, and reviews the delivery of third party services to transferees a Specific duties include initiating services, setting expectations, coordinating delivery reports, and providing input and feedback relative to all aspects of the selling & marketing process by your team.
- Achieve key operating targets, ensuring that all financial performance targets are met.
- Manages direct and indireKPI’S
- Achieve The Monthly Number of Transactions
- Achieve the main duties & Activities in numbers regarding the ( listings – Meetings- calls )
- Conduct numbers meetings per month
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Achieve 80% of company target
