Job Description
- Engaging in Business Development activities to identify new business opportunities for the growth of the department.
- Increasing our presence in the market through Creating Selling plane in order to attract the target clients.
- Leading, managing, coaching and training the sales team.
- Forecasting the expected future sales performance, setting sales targets and forecasting the needed budget to attain the targets.
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and controlling the offered selling facilities in accordance with the agreed terms of sale.
- Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Establishing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with project clients.
- Manage the technical team and monitor their presentations/pitches to demonstrate how the View projects will meet specific client needs.
- Managing and determining customer/project requirements in light of the company’s product portfolio. Work with the technical team to present adequate product information accordingly.
- Persuading clients that the View Project(s) is the best to satisfy their needs amongst all other market competitors.
- Analyzing costs and sales data to produce performance and profitability insights.
- Preparing reports for the top management with the key insights & forecasts.
- Keeping up with the market’s latest updates. Monitoring marketing surveys and keeping up with competitors’ prices, sales strategies, product offerings, and competitive advantages.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Previous relevant experience min 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Field
- Previous relevant experience with Elshikh Zayed & October Real Estate Market is a must
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Sound judgment and a strong business sense with a proven record of business development achievements
- Very strong relationship building and Client Relationship Management skills
- Preferred to have a strong existing network of project consultants/construction consultation companies in the same market
- A solid technical background
- Marketing Background
- familiar with the real estate relevant contracts and their terms.
- Extensive sales and pitching experience with very strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Competitive spirit
- Excellent understanding of similar diverse portfolios and knowledge across the product ranges
- Strong capacity to lead and coach a team
