Job Description
- Following our marketing strategy & developing it as needed.
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organizing events and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
- Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Respect for people and ideas.
- 2+ years relevant experience mainly in generating leads through marketing integrating programs across digital/social, events, direct mail.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English
- Software Engineering industry background is a big Plus
