Job Description
Instructional Support
- Work with the lead teacher to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Support small group or one-on-one instruction.
- Co-lead classroom activities, discussions, and projects.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Reinforce classroom rules and expectations.
- Assist with behavior management strategies and interventions.
- Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and extracurricular activities.
Collaboration
- Participate in regular planning meetings with the lead teacher.
- Communicate effectively with the teaching team and support staff.
- Share ideas and strategies to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as needed.
Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and organize materials for lessons and activities.
- Grade assignments and assessments under the guidance of the lead teacher.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent English Language Skills.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
