Job Description
Cosmo Care, a leader in cosmetics manufacturing, is expanding and looking to hire a skilled *Chief Accountant*. Join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success!
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Position: Chief Accountant
- Duties:
Ensure completion and accuracy of receipt and disbursement documentation. - Monitor daily cash transactions and ensure accurate entries.
- Oversee daily bank transactions, review reconciliations, and match them with bank statements.
- Follow up on accrued and prepaid expenses with regular reconciliation.
- Continuously match supplier balances.
- Periodically match customer balances.
- Analyze costs and variances with regular reviews.
- Track advances and ensure timely settlement.
- Review monthly salaries and manage loan settlements.
- Coordinate with warehouses, ensure stock balance accuracy, and manage regular inventory checks.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
