Job Description
- We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Field Inventory Manager to join our team.
- This role involves visiting various store and warehouse locations to physically inspect, count, and verify inventory.
- Your goal is to ensure that all stock on-site matches recorded inventory levels, helping prevent loss, theft, and stock discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Travel to assigned store and warehouse locations to conduct physical inventory checks
- Count and verify products on shelves, in stockrooms, and in storage areas
- Compare physical counts with inventory records in company systems
- Identify and report discrepancies, missing items, or overstock
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for
- Work closely with store managers and stock personnel during audits
- Take notes and compile reports after each location visit
- Monitor compliance with company inventory procedures and guidelines
- Support loss prevention efforts through accurate tracking and documentation
- Suggest improvements to stock handling and storage practices when needed
