Job Description
- Construct sales budgets using historical data and future trends.
- Managing open to buy with full buying process.
- Development of seasonal merchandise strategy.
- Achieving financial targets such as sales, stock turn and sell through
- Monitor purchasing GP%, compare to forecast average FOB cost and retail, ensure achievable percentage.
- Drives superior performance by reviewing business in-season to maximize sales and profit.
- Develop relationships with internal/external contacts, assess appropriate & critical information.
- Ensure performance against plan is monitored for the assigned category/department, regularly supported by exception reporting.
- Make commercial recommendations and other key positions to improve trading.
- Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the stores, give recommendations to visual team according to planograms, Depth of the stock bought.
Job Requirements
- Faculty graduated
- 3-7 years of experience in international & local purchases (textiles & trims) (Is a must)
- Very Good command of MS office.
- Very good negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very good reporting skills
- Very good follow-up skills
- Very good self-motivation
- Very good organizational skills
