Job Description
Primary responsibilities
- Constantly monitor rider performance and drive efficiency
- Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to address functional issues
- Facilitate site visits to monitor rider performance
- Liaise with fleet vendors to track, review and enhance performance
- Partner with Operations team to enhance fleet operations
- Develop insights, build reports and present fleet analytics to the management

- Negotiation experience
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English.
