Cost Control & Pricing Strategy:

• Set pricing models that ensure profitability
• Track and control expenses across departments
• Supervise costing of fabrics, printing, and production in Threads

Payroll & Compliance:

• Handle payroll, tax filings, and financial audits
• Supervise accountants and ensure legal compliance with Egyptian financial regulations

Strategic Advisory:

• Support senior leadership in investment decisions and operational planning
• Assist in scaling financial systems as both companies grow
