Job Description
- Ensure that all the tender documents are properly read and understood for the client requirements or the scope of service.
- Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project
- Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements
- Providing technical support to the sales team on technical issues
- Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs
- Coordinating with design teams to ensure that designs meet customer needs and can be manufactured cost effectively
- Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service
- Ensure all the possible risks associated with the scope of work is covered and submitted to the technical sales manager for their review.
- Ensure all the inquiries are responded on timely basis.
- Ensure that complete bids are submitted on time or before the target due date.
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Identifying potential clients for the company’s products or services, then contacting them to determine interest in a purchase.
- Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services.
- Coordinating with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns for new products or services.
- Creating technical documentation and providing support to the proposal manager for complex tenders.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure all the logistics requirements and terms and conditions associated with mobilization and demobilization is properly identified and understood.
- Request Operations to conduct the site survey if needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical / mechanical Engineering
- Excellence in Excel, Good Communication Skills, Presentable
- Experience in Electric Vehicles preferred
