Job Description
- Dealing and operate new contracts with all key account chains (carrefour,hayper1,Spinneys,kazyoun,Seodi,awlad ragab,Beim,Lolo market)
- Create a sales operation process and plans.
- Improve company management and strategies
- Achieve annual sales plan
- Follow up branch operation ( merchandiser,stocks,expiry date, Competitor situation)
- Ensure relation ship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer.
- Review sales report
- Follow up on subordinates target, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
- Coaching, motivating,team members.
- Monitor and maintain branch inventory, ordering stock.
- Send monthly forecast report
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- More than 5 years Experience in the same position
- Back ground of selling dry food is preferred
- Excellent communication,interpersonal,organizational and problem solving skills
- Provide superior customer care, team spirit and training
- Quick wit,multi-task effectively
- System knowledge
- Representative and good commend in English.
