Job Description
US based Accounting firm seeks an Administrative Assistant.
The candidate will be responsible for data entry,emails, answering phones and assisting with various duties.
- Candidate will be working from home with a Specific work place
- very good command of English
- willing to work after noon shift (California Time)
- high typing speed
- Accounting background is a plus (highly preferred )
Skills:
- Phone answering skills
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Quickbooks experience.
- Must be highly professional and personable
- Organized and on task.
- Typing 60 words per minute
Job Requirements
- Requirements:
- Very good Command of English
- Strong computer skills a plus (MS Word, typing).
- Basic Office Skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Bachelor Degree is required
- High Speed internet, computer and big monitors
- Working from home/remotely, with camera supervision,
- 45 to 50 hours per week with California time
- Working PM shift (4 PM to 2 AM)
