Job Description

  • Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with Design team and CMO. 
  • Identifies the target market for the ecommerce initiative so that the team can develop marketing campaigns to attract more visitors and increase online sales.
  • Assist in developing e-commerce strategy and key areas of focus to drive growth for CARINA brands
  • Conducting industry research and analyzing trends to identify opportunities to drive further growth on current online platforms as well as incremental opportunities via new channels
  • Manage relationships and drive brand initiatives in e-commerce while supporting the broader CARINA strategy
  • Partner with marketing team to support promotional activities on e-commerce platforms that earn “first digital position” with customers and contribute to category growth 
  • Support teams to maintain a clean catalogue of customers’ assortments in digital product content databases, managing new and discontinued item changes and ensuring comprehensive and optimized product data for all customers
  • Perform ongoing audits of CARINA brand e-commerce penetration with key customers – updating and adding products as needed to maintain a best-in-class e-commerce presence
  • Plan and analyze e-commerce advertising, including SOUQ, JUMIA, AMAZON, noon and more – focusing on daily management of spend and optimization
  • Analyze online marketplace and tracking competitors to stay abreast of competitor promotions
  • Manage and moderate online product ratings and reviews
  • Supervise all product design and ensure compliance to all product guidelines and coordinate with Direct Channels and improve all market strategies and incorporate latest technology in same and provide optimization in product search.
  • Administer an effective website strategy and develop and maintain effective relationships with all web designers and programmers and implement all social media strategies and implement all marketing campaigns and prepare all newsletters.
  • Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times and ensure simplicity in services and ensure compliance to all legal requirements and monitor all online channels.
  • Supervise all newsletter performance and design various strategies to increase sales and monitor all performance reports on weekly basis and manage all new product launch according to retail calendar.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education
