Job Description
- Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote banking products and services, including, credit cards and loans.
- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to effectively present banking solutions that align with their financial goals.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to open accounts, apply for loans, or sign up for other banking services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our banking products, services, and promotional offers, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Follow compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the bank.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional phone manner.
