Job Description
- Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Working closely with the sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment with the company's business goals and market demands.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Set marketing goals and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and ensuring the successful implementation of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.
- Monitor brand perception and work on strategies to strengthen brand reputation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize spending and improve ROI.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, retail, healthcare) may be preferred.
