Job Description

  • Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Working closely with the sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment with the company's business goals and market demands.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Set marketing goals and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and ensuring the successful implementation of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.
  • Monitor brand perception and work on strategies to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize spending and improve ROI.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track customer behavior and engagement.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors for advertising, public relations, and creative services as needed.


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., tech, retail, healthcare) may be preferred.
