Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering calls questions and requests
- Research and creates presentations
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Help in preparing attendance fills and sheets
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- In addition of any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Very good computer skills especially in (Microsoft Office)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Max age: 28
- Serious person with a passion to work
- Presentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to accept and understand instructions
