Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate travel itineraries for Japanese clients.
• Handle bookings for transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure a seamless travel
experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or challenges that may
arise during tours.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and travel documents.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher): Fluency in reading, writing, and
speaking. - Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher): Fluency in reading, writing, and
speaking. - Excellent computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
