Job Description
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Gathering requirements from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Ce or (update) the High-Level Scope Definition Document, a high-level description of the product functionality in a few pages, By (SRS or BRS or SRD) and UML diagram.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- Plan and prioritize product features backlog and development of the product.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Lead the planning, product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Follow our competitors and the industry.
- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
- Market analysis for similar products.
- Record requirements in using agreed tools.
- Hold requirements review meetings with the product technical team.
- Review implemented features against delivered requirements.
- Participate in UAT to get business team sign off.
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog, according to business value or ROI.
- Handle and deliver any assigned tasks within the time frame with high accuracy according to the business needs.
Job Requirements
- BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of “Jira software platform “.
- Act as a Scrum Master.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details.
