Job Description
We are looking to hire a personable dental receptionist to perform all duties in a manner that ensures the efficient running of the dental practice. the job is full time from 12:00 PM to 10.00 PM
Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain patient waiting areas as well as front-desk areas.
- Greeting, welcoming patients, and preparing their drink if needed.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Answering phone calls , Facebook and Instagram messages.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Preparing patient charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
- Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
- Informing patients with the price-list if needed, Verifying methods of payment, collecting payments, and delivering it to the dentist on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Citizen of Nasr city or its remarkably close surroundings is a must
- Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience working in a dental office is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of dental terminology is preferred.
- Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- English level: at least good.
