Job Summary:

As a Senior Process Engineer at Novochem, you will lead the optimization of our manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety. Your extensive experience and technical expertise will drive innovation and continuous improvement across our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and mentor junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize production processes, utilizing advanced engineering principles, technology advancements, and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, QA\C and research and development, to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Design and oversee experiments and trials to validate proposed process improvements, analyzing data to assess their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Establish and maintain robust systems for monitoring and reporting process performance, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting guidance to resolve complex process-related issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in process engineering, and proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training programs to ensure consistent execution of optimized processes across all production facilities.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers or section heads, providing guidance, technical expertise, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success within the organization.
