Technical Office Engineer

Urgently Required for a Reputable Contracting Company located in Maadi;

Technical Office Engineer with experience 3 to 5 years in the Contracting field with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Reported to the Technical Office Manager.
• Preparation of Architecture Shop Drawings.
• Preparing technical and material submittals for consultant approval.
• Preparations of method statements.
• Coordinating between all company Stakeholders.
• Preparation of the Close-out Documents.
• preparation and track projects invoices & claims
• Coordinating with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
• Preparing subcontractors' invoices & contracts.
• Documenting project issues/conditions.
• Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc) and coordinating with different teams to get these documents issued.
• Communicating projects’ progress and problems/risks/concerns to company Technical Office Manager
