Maintenance:
- Electro-Mechanical (Preventive Maintenance)
- Weekly Check Generators
- Checking Lighting Units
- Checking Fire Pumps
- Cleaning of submersible pumps Monthly
- Check water tanks monthly
- Reporting of any emergency maintenance needed
- Daily check for toilets
- Daily check for Cameras
Civil Works:
- Check all doors, ceiling and carpentry (Reporting & taking action)
Facility:
- Admin Works (Receiving Invoices & arranging for Payments)
- Handling Drivers Logistics (Schedule for Transportation)
- Communicating & purchasing all needs of all departments through driver and Finance.
House Keeping:
- Supervising Housekeeping Team
- In Charge of the Team Attendance / Schedule
- Team Bonus and KPI’s
- Creating/facilitating/updating follow up sheets
Job Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Being punctual and responsible
- Admin work use Microsoft and Emails
- Experience in Admin work
- Has experience in Facility Management
- Experience in Building Maintenance
