Job Description
- Analyzes and costs work orders following company’s costing system.
- Prepares the monthly cost sales figures by analyzing material ,labor , and expenses.
- Maintains inventory system and follow established valuation method.
- Reviews and audits the costing system .
- Analyzes variances from cost estimates.
- Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss or other financial activities within an organization.
- Accumulate and analysis of cost information for internal use to aid management in planning ,control, and decision making. prepare examine ,and analyze accounting records, financial statements ,and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness , and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Analyze business operations ,trends, costs ,revenues, financial commitments ,and obligations ,to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
- Handles cost accounts.
- Collects and records cost data.
- Follows up the warehouse.
- Records entries.
- Preparing financial information for stockholders ,creditors, regulators in the role might also supply monthly forecasts of key data, spending ,production, inventory and variances, costs of materials, goods of services sold, and ensure proper internal controls.
- Reconciles and reports with suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance ,accounting or business administration.
- 10 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good command of English language.
- Good managerial skills.
- Preferably with manufacturing / Pharmaceutical background.
