Job Description
- Vision Group is seeking an out-of-the-box thinking, data-driven, and innovative Digital Marketing Director to join our fast-paced agency.
- You will lead digital marketing campaigns, driving engagement, brand awareness, and client growth through strategic execution across multiple platforms.
- Your passion for creativity and analytics will play a key role in shaping our clients’ digital presence.
Strategy & Business Development:
- Design, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between content and marketing strategies
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into successful campaigns.
Performance Tracking:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on data to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
- Oversee content creation (graphics, videos, articles, etc.) to ensure it aligns with client and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to deliver top-tier marketing materials.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently across campaigns.
- Maximize the effectiveness of spend on paid advertising channels (PPC, display, social ads).
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for innovation and propose creative solutions.
Client Relations:
- Act as the point of contact for clients to update them on campaign progress and present key insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients to maximize their digital presence.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of web analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creativity with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering effective campaigns.
