Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a rollout engineer, low current engineer, field engineer, or in a similar role, handling deployments and rollouts of technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of technology, networking, and system installation and configuration processes.
- Familiarity with smart systems, smart applications, and IoT protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, vendors, and end-users.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in executing rollout activities.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple rollout projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and timelines, and develop rollout plans accordingly.
- Execute the deployment and rollout of new products, services, or systems according to the defined rollout plan and project scope.
- Install, configure, and test hardware and software components as part of the rollout process.
- Conducted pre-rollout site surveys, ensuring that infrastructure and network requirements were in place for a successful deployment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability and readiness of necessary resources for the rollout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the rollout, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
- Provide training and support to end-users, assisting them in adapting to and utilizing the new products, services, or systems.
- Document rollout activities, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the rollout process.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve future rollouts.
