Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Team Manager for a US company. The Offshore Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the telemarketing team. This includes supervising the team, setting targets and goals, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the team meets performance standards. The Call Center Team Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, data analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships.

- Analytical Skills, Business Planning, and Communication skills
- Experience in working with US market.
- Solar Experience Preferred
- Telemarketing experience is a MUST (US MARKET)
- Experience in sales operations
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- MUST have experience working with offshore call centers. (US market)
- Working hours 4 PM to 12 AM
