Job Description
HR Process Enhancement and Automation (HRIS)
- Identify gaps in HR processes and propose automation solutions for enhancement.
- Supervise the daily operations of HR Information Systems.
- Ensure data accuracy by monitoring and improving data collection and reporting procedures.
- Oversee the functionality of the HRIS, including installation, customization, development, and upgrades to ensure compliance with business needs and labor regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HRIS users.
- Conduct training sessions for system users on functionalities and new features.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and system settings for HRIS users.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly analyzing the data.
- Develop manuals and document data processing procedures.
- Generate HR-related reports.
Total Rewards:
- Coordinate Total Rewards processes tailored to local markets.
- Participate in market surveys, analyze market data, and maintain compensation survey data.
- Create communication materials and information kits for Total Rewards programs and activities.
- Administrate all rewards activities, including compensation review cycles, variable/bonus cycles, project compensation, off-cycle promotions, etc.
- Manage all aspects of benefit administration and benefit programs.
Job Requirements
Technical and professional qualifications required:
- Suitable higher education qualification, preferably a bachelor's degree in commerce.
- Specialized certification in the field of compensation and benefits.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
- Experience in implementing Human Resources Management Systems (Automation).
