Job Description
- Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Review Abaya Noir requirements and making sure they are met.
- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Set standards for quality
- Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet Abaya Noir standards;
- Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency;
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
- Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;
- Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business;
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identify critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitor procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures;
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; document evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; write and update quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborate with other members of management to develop new product and manufacturing and training methods.
- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and applications for quality.

Job Requirements
- Male or strong female. University graduation or similar qualification.
- Knowledge about ISO. Know about quality measurement standards.
- Very good communication skills, good sense of responsibilities and ethics, can work in pressure working environment.
- Computer skills required (MS Office: Word, Excel).
- Experience position in textile or garments related manufacturing for at least 3-5 years
