Job Description
- Preparing quantity surveying for all project items including MEP division's client & subcontractor invoices.
- Preparing subcontractor's invoices.
- Preparing Monthly reports that show the executive position for the workflow and Monthly cost.
- Participate in client invoice and variation orders process.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- On-site experience (Construction) is a must.
- Excellent computer literate.
- Ability to analyze.
- Highly organized.
