Job Description
Duties and Responsibility:
- Meet the minimum expectation of outbound phone calls using automated technology.
- 11 successful transfers per day, 250/Month is required.
- Contact recent hotel guests and conduct a 1-2 minute survey about their recent stay.
- Upon completing the survey, transfer the client to the USA call center.
- Follow company rules and regulations in dealing with clients and or co-workers.
- Report to your supervisor or manager in case of significant problems with clients.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Fluent English.
- Can perform proper phone etiquette.
- Familiar with customer relationships.
- Have good soft skills.
- Strong listening skills and verbal communication.
- Have the ability to remain calm & composed in a high-pressure work environment.
- Willing to be trained and mentored.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development certification.
- Preferably a college graduate.
- Prior experience in a customer service-oriented work environment is a plus.
- Computer literate and have some computer skills.
- Fluent In English
- Average age min 18 - 35 max.
Working Hours:
. From Monday to Friday plus (1 Saturdays/month (Paid)).
- (4 pm-1 am)
- (5 pm-2 am)
- (6 pm-3 am)
- (7 pm-4 am)
- (8 pm-5 am)
