Job Description
- Create processes to be followed by the team and that any necessary or recommended changes and any significant breaches are investigated and brought to the attention of the SMT.
- Guide the team to prepare technical offers, submittals, and presentations.
Implement methodologies to enhance the sales team to gain new projects and potential clients, manage customer perceptions, and build strong internal relationships. - Manage the technical queries from clients and ensure all such queries and handled in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Continuous search to get new suppliers with high-quality products,
- Manage all supporting administration and documentation ensuring it is accurate and timely.
- Ensuring all client system information and technical notes are logged onto the ticketing system along with also technician reports.
- Work on data sheets compliance and products approval with consultants
- Manage the daily tasks between his team members and get the best from them
- Know critical information about the products and be prepared for learning more technical information
- Working on the R & D for the company products portfolio.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering is a must
- Good experience in Lighting
- Work experience: 4-7 years
- Working in lighting field for 4 years at least
- Excellent Communication Skills, with good command of English written & Verbal.
- Knowledge of engineering software such as AUTOCAD, Dialux, etc.…
