Job Description
- Supervise and support with project team the effective co-ordination of all project related activities.
- Feedback on continual improvement of project management process (Best Practice Sharing, Lesson Learnt, etc.)
- Ensure at all times that assigned tasks are operated in line with the QA process and procedures, statutory, regulatory and EHS requirements.
- Setting up, designing and administering the documentation system
- Setting up and handling the administrative infrastructure for the project team
- Supporting communication within the project
- Project reporting to the project manager
- Planning and coordinating logistics operations
- Drawing up, summarizing and forwarding the associated documentation
- Working towards maintaining the project time schedule taking design and engineering, civil and MEP works, subcontractors and other work activities into account
- Monitoring the requirements accruing in a project
- To ensure timely and cost-effective service provision
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- PMP is preferred.
