Job Description
- Completion of the documentary cycle of the sale process.
- Create new sales opportunities in new markets.
- Follow up on existing customers to activate sales volume.
- Receiving calls, visits and e-mails for export clients.
- Complete the transaction from sending the quotation, receiving the purchase order and agreeing on the price and supply.
- Follow market changes and competitors.
- Achieving the desired goals.
- Executes business plan to grow business in export
- Creates strong database of current and new customers
- Collects information from the market concerning trends, competition and market needs to give trade marketing vision
- Being responsible from managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
- Sales Job, Input sales data, Arrange necessary documents (invoice, sales contract, purchase order)
- Sales Support Job/ Correspond to customer's inquiries and request, Maintain customers information.
- Generates and processes reports, orders, requests, contracts, and memos.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in export sales in industrial companies (FMCG background is preferred)
- Working with all shipping programs, export and insurance.
- Always ready to develop.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet search engines, Data Entry Skills with accuracy and agility .
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Must have excellent communication skills and writing ability to communicate with customers, vendors and sales staff
