- Quantity Survey & Shop drawing preparation.
- Manage submittal drawings with subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance.
- Keep accurate records.
- Resolve project matters.
- Monitor the budget.
- Subcontractors, invoices.
Job Requirements
• BIM must be fully proficient
• 10 Years of Experience.
• A Bachelor's degree of Electrical,mechanical,architecture engineering.(preferable AUC ,
• GUC , Cairo Ain Shams ,Helwan universities)
• A Bachelor's degree in
• Computer proficiency : Auto Cad ,Word & excel are must.
• Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
• Applicants living in Giza will be given preference.
• Superb creativity , vision , and problem- solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
• Extensive experience working on engineering projects Commercial and Retail projects (Call Centers , Banks, Malls …. etc).
• Ability to make decisions in high- stress situations.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset.
