Senior Tax Accountant

 Prepare the monthly sales tax, income tax and special stamp duty 
• Prepare the Withholding Tax Report and deposit the taxes to the Tax Authority. 
• Review all new merchandise, non-merchandise and service provider contracts, tax cards and commercial registers 
• Match the updated Tax cards with the data entered on the Finance System and update it if needed.
• Prepare and submit the tax notes for all providers based on taxes deducted from them.
• Refund the withholding tax on customer invoices when requested.
• Conduct daily spot-checks on the registered products on Finance system to ensure that the registered VAT is correct.
• Conduct tax analysis needed to prepare the annual budget and submit it to the concerned parties promptly.
• Reconcile Spinneys and GM accounts on monthly basis. 
• Assist A/P team in resolving the tax issues with merchandise suppliers.
• Prepare closing reports, analyze the tax accounts and submit them to the Tax Manager promptly.
