• Teaching English  to adults.
   
• Close follow-up on Students' progress and attendance.
   
• Adapting Teaching material to fit students' needs.
   
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
   
• Encourage student attendance of the online classes and ensure students' participation in the classrooms..
   
• Deliver periodic reports to management with regard to each of the groups

• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
