Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Product Development:
• Work on developing and improving protein-enriched food products such as protein bars and similar items.
• Conduct research and studies to identify market needs and consumer requirements for protein-enriched products.
2. Innovating New Recipes:
• Create new recipes for food products containing high-quality protein.
• Test new ingredients and analyze their performance in terms of taste and nutritional value.
3. Coordination with Production Teams:
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure proper execution of new products.
• Monitor product quality during production stages and ensure it meets required standards.
4. Analysis and Evaluation:
• Analyze product testing results in terms of quality and nutritional content.
• Evaluate market response to new products and provide recommendations for improvements.
5. Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on product development progress and achievement of development goals.
• Document all stages of product development and provide feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
2. Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in food product development, preferably in protein-enriched products.
3. Skills:
• Advanced research and analytical skills.
• Ability to innovate and develop new food products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of trends in the protein-enriched food product industry.

Job Requirements

1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in food product development, preferably in protein-enriched or health-focused products.
3. Technical Skills:
• Ability to develop new recipes and improve the quality of food products.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing techniques and research and development processes.
• In-depth understanding of the nutritional standards and health regulations for food products.
4. Personal Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, marketing, R&D).
• Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and achieve production goals.
5. Industry Knowledge:
• Awareness of current trends in protein-enriched food products and health-conscious nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to food production and product development.
6. Analytical Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer needs, guiding product development accordingly.
