Job Description
Job Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and other clients. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a deep understanding of furniture solutions, and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our educational furniture solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet their specific requirements and budget.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Order Management: Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs in the educational furniture sector.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demands.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
