Job Description
Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Verify and correct discrepancies in data to ensure high accuracy.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.
Perform regular data backups to prevent loss of information.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from entered data.
Follow data privacy and security guidelines to protect sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient data processing.
Review source documents for missing or unclear information and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Basic understanding of databases and spreadsheets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills for team collaboration.
Familiarity with data confidentiality principles is preferred.
