Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned client accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Proactively address client needs and anticipate potential issues.
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Attending client meetings and presentations as required.
  • Update Price and stock on system
  • Get offers and discounts from clients.
  • Updating Stock and Price.
  • Price comparison. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Presentable
  • Very good English
  • Very good communication skills
  • The maximum age is 35.
  • Experience in Call center is a plus.
  • Experience in Account management for 1 year is a plus.
  • Good use in Microsoft office, Specially in excel is a must.
  • near by or based in 6th October, Giza, Haram.
