Job Description
- Communicating with the marketing agency and internal departments in the company to manage deliverables in both ways.
- Manage the E-commerce website: products, new orders, inventory and contact with customers or third parties.
- Follow up with the marketing agency online campaigns and all social media channels results.
- Follow up with the software agency any issues or edit for the website.
- Sending and replying emails in both AR and EN.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Good background in the digital world: marketing and software.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Excellent command in both Arabic and English languages.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
