Job Description

  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure favorable terms for the agency.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
  • Sourcing and Procurement:
  • Collaborate with finance and Account management teams to develop and manage procurement budgets.
  • Monitor and control procurement expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for advertising campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality options.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all procured materials and services meet quality and performance standards.
  • Implement quality control measures and vendor assessments.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and cost.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure procurement practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and execute procurement contracts and agreements.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
