Position Objective:As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality technology products and services that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire procurement process to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.Job Description & Responsibilities:Assist with market research to identify potential suppliers of technology products and services.Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with vendors.Strong interest in leveraging technology and telecommunications to improve efficiency and productivity as industrial engineering settings.Contribute to the negotiation process by gathering relevant data and preparing presentations.Assist with purchase order creation, ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and delivery requirements.Monitor the continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply chain disruptions.Monitor assigned suppliers, identifying and reporting any potential supply chain disruptions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure inventory optimization.Assist in the management and resolution of issues related to quality, delivery schedules, and invoicing discrepancies.Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulations to make informed purchasing decisions.Support the implementation of new processes and systems to improve procurement efficiency.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fieldsUnderstanding of industrial engineering and workflow designDetail-oriented and able to work independently and with a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred: Multilingual English and Arabic
